How close is Bentley Hotel to the subway in New York?

We are traveling with 5 adults and one child and wanted to know how close it was located to the subway?|||That's a really cute boutique hotel, but getting the subway from there is a pain. The hotel is on York Ave. all the way east and the only east side train is the (green line) 4, 5, %26amp; 6 which is on Lexington Ave. and the walk is about 4 city blocks.|||The closest subway stations would be on Lexington, which is several avenues to the west of the hotel. You can see the distance by using Google Maps.|||Not that close. Unfortunately, this hotel is wayyyy east, and so it's about 7 blocks to the subway. 5 of those blocks are between avenues, which means they are longer than traditional "city blocks". I'd say it's a little over a half a mile and about a 10 to 15 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk.)|||It's about half a mile, so 10 to 15 minutes with a child along. The closest stop is the 4, 5, and 6 lines at Lexington Avenue and 59th or 60th (there are entrances at either intersection).
