What was said about Bentley in Bachlorette Episode 1?

I haven't watched the season yet, but I know apparently Bentley turns out to be a douche. I accidentally skipped through some of the very first episode and the host guy (what's his name...?) said something about how he and Ashley had talked about Bentley before and how she was nervous to meet him for the first time.
