How do you get to Bentley the yeti in Spyro Year of the Dragon?

I've looked everywhere in Midday Gardens, and I've done all the other worlds. Would someone please help me?|||He's in that tower in the middle of the water in Evening Lake, just go under the water for the opening to him.
